Guided Meditations and Movement to suit all levels of experience (and none)
An Introduction to Meditation - EVENING Course
Find More Peace in Your Life
Have you noticed how busy your mind is?
For most people, thoughts come and go in a torrent. Busy minds use up energy and constantly propel us from one difficult mental state to another. Regular meditation practice helps us to deal more easily with whatever life throws at us
day by day. It also helps us to be kinder and more positive towards ourselves and others
In this five-week course you will learn three meditations: Mindfulness of the Body, Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving-Kindness Meditation Everyone over 18 is welcome (you don't have to be a Buddhist or wish to become one).
Saturday Morning Meditation
Saturday mornings all through the year

We practise two meditations each week with a tea break in between at approx 11.15 am. Join us for either or both sessions. We suggest a donation of £10 for this class.
Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation

Yoga with Georgia
Georgia's Yoga Class will recommence on Wed 2nd October
Georgia Freshney is an experienced and qualified yoga teacher who has trained in various disciplines in Thailand.
She has trained in holistic yoga and has experience teaching Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. as well as mantra meditation and tai chi. Her approach is gentle and generally less asana focused compared to a lot of Western classes as she likes to create a balance of asana, pranayama within classes. She believes in adapting each class depending on what is needed by the people taking part.
All ages, abilities and experience are welcome.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Georgia
Friday 22 November 7pm – 8pm
Immersing in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls allows us to drop into a deeper meditative state whereby we are able to fully relax and let go. Through the crystal bowl vibrations, the nervous system is able to return to a state of rest and digest, allowing the body to heal and creating enough inner space where we get to know ourselves better.
There is nothing to do in preparation, just come with an open mind and heart. Open to all over 18, no previous experience necessary. Booking is essential as places are limited
