York Buddhist Centre can bring the world of Buddhism into your classroom with workshops tailor-made to meet your learning objectives. Our Education Team are experienced and committed Buddhists and will bring to life any aspect of Buddhist life and teachings. We can also include a taste of Buddhist meditation, suitable for people of any faith or none.

It would be useful if you could indicate which aspects of Buddhism would be most useful to your students (for example: the life of Buddha, ethics, artefacts, how Buddhists live). We can then plan our presentation accordingly. 

Our charges are as follows:
£150 for half a day (minimum charge) and £250 for a full-day. 
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid within 14 days of the visit. We require at least 4 weeks’ notice for any visit.

We can also accommodate up to 20 students at our beautiful Centre in Walmgate, York. Please contact us for more details.
