Northern Young Buddhists Weekend Retreat at Sheffield

We invite you to join a Northern Young Persons weekend retreat at the Sheffield Buddhist Centre.
Open to all under 35 who have a regular meditation practice.

Arrival from 5pm finishing Sunday afternoon at 3.00pm
Stay over at the Sheffield Buddhist Centre (Indoor sleeping and garden camping spaces available)
Come and hear, discuss and meditate on the timeless, uncompromising and revolutionary teachings of the Buddha. Going for Refuge to the Three Jewels – the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha – is ‘the central and definitive act of the Buddhist life’ and ‘the unifying principle, therefore, of Buddhism itself’. We will explore how we can make this Triple Gem ever more central to our lives.
