Finding Contentment:
An Introduction to Meditation
Find More Peace in Your Life
Have you noticed how busy your mind is?
For most people, thoughts come and go in a torrent. Busy minds use up energy and constantly propel us from one difficult mental state to another.
Wouldn't it be nice if your mind was a little quieter and free from the stories which create anxiety, stress, dissatisfaction, craving, irritation and anger?
Buddhist meditation can help to move you towards this state. For 2.500 years it has helped people to reduce stress, control anxiety and promote emotional wellbeing and self-awareness... It could help you too.
Regular meditation practice helps us to deal more easily with whatever life throws at us day by day. It also helps us to be kinder and more positive towards ourselves and others so that our lives become more harmonious.
In this six-week course you will learn four meditations:
- Mindfulness of the Body,
- Mindfulness of Breathing,
- Loving-Kindness Meditation,
- Just Sitting Meditation.
