Saturday Morning Meditation
Saturday mornings all through the year
10.30 am to 12 noon Every Saturday
Meditating with like-minded people can be much easier than meditating alone, especially when the meditation is gently guided. And whether you are a regular meditator or a complete beginner, you will be very welcome to join us at our friendly Saturday Morning session.
We practise two meditations each week: A calming meditation following the breath and another that helps us to cultivate positive feelings to ourselves and others.
There is no charge but a donation would be appreciated.
The session is open to everyone over 18, whether Buddhist or not
We also meet every Wednesday Lunchtime:
12.10 pm to 12.50 pm (doors open from 12 noon)
There is no charge for any of our classes as we want everyone to be able to attend, regardless of means. However we rely on donations to pay all our substantial running costs. We would therefore appreciate a contribution if you are able. We suggest something like £3-£5 for lunchtime sessions and £5-£10 for Saturday mornings. But please pay whatever you can manage.
