Join us on this four-week course created by young people for young people!

Learn the skills of mindfulness and meditation that aim to improve focus, concentration, relaxation and  overall well-being.

Try some of the Buddha's ancient but timeless wisdom for increasing mental clarity and improving emotional resilience in our busy lives.

These four Friday Evenings, - led by a team of young Buddhists - will introduce two meditation techniques: The Mindfulness of Breathing which helps us to cultivate mindfulness and a calmer, happier mind. and the Metta Bhavana which helps us to become more positive about ourselves, other people and the world in general.

We will also be exploring some of the Buddha’s radical, yet supremely practical, teachings, which are of particular relevance to young people.

If you are aged between 18 and 30, this course is designed to be relevant to your life and provide you with  a practical guide to a fulfilled and purposeful future.
