This is our regular weekly sangha (community) evening and is open to all those over 18 who have learned our two main meditation practices.
We usually begin with around 30-40 minutes of meditation which is not usually guided. After a short break, in the second half we explore the Buddha's teaching (the Dharma) through talks and discussion. Our sangha is a very friendly crowd so if you are new to this evening, you will be made very welcome.
