Practising meditation can help us to stay emotionally positive whatever happens in our lives. But it might be quite a challenge to meditate on our own. Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No - the class is suitable for everyone. We will give a fully guided practice so the class is especially those who are completely new.
What should I wear and how should I sit?
There are no special requirements, just make sure you'll be comfortable. You can even lie in bed to meditate!
How much does the class cost?
We do not charge for our classes as we wish them to be open to all. However we have no income other that the gifts of those who use our Centre, so we would ask you to consider making a donation.

We have a lovely little shop at the front of our Centre which opens on 1st October 2020 and is stocked with all sorts of Buddhist and spiritual accessories and gifts: Buddha figures, books, incense, singing bowls, prayer flags, yoga mats, meditation stools, greeting cards, Christmas present ideas and lots, lots more....
