Lunchtime, teatime and Saturday morning sessions all through the year
Six meditation drop-in sessions every week at times to suit your busy life. Suitable for all levels of experience or no experience at all. All meditations are guided and everyone over 18 is welcome. No need to book - just turn up before the start time. You can sit on a chair or a meditation mat - or lie down if you need to. Just drop-in as and when you can.
We practise three different meditation practices. A relaxing body-scan which can be used anytime to relax the mind and the body, a meditation which follows the breath and helps to calm the mind and a loving-kindness meditation which helps to cultivate positive states of mind.

LUNCHTIME Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 12.10 pm to 12.55 pm (doors open from 11.45 am)
TEATIME Monday, and Thursday: 6.00 pm to 6.45 pm (doors open from 5.45pm)
EVERY SATURDAY MORNING: 10.30 am to 12.00 Noon with a tea break (doors open at 10.15 am)
There is no charge for any of our classes as we want everyone to be able to attend, regardless of means. However we rely on donations to pay all our substantial running costs. We would therefore appreciate a contribution if you are able. We suggest something like £3-£5 for lunchtime and teatime sessions and £5-£10 for Saturday mornings. But please pay whatever you can manage.
