A Guide to the Buddhist Path
An Introduction for Newcomers * A Refresher for Regulars Join any week * No need to book, just turn up.
Over eleven weeks we'll explore the Buddha's teaching on life, ethics, suffering, happiness, friendship, myth, ritual, wisdom, compassion, death and rebirth. Open to all. We will also have a guided meditation each week. A Foundation Course in Buddhism for newcomers and a refresher for regulars.
This is a weekly drop-in so come when you can. Do as many classes as you are able.
Everyone is welcome: A perfect introduction for those new to Buddhism. Based on the Book: Tools for Living Your Life by Vajragupta (also available to buy)

Heart of the Sangha Morning - Have Your Say!
Every second Sunday each Month (except July and August)
Join us on the 2nd Sunday Morning of each month for coffee and chat, a 40 minute meditation and then an opportunity to hear discuss what we are doing/planning in the centre etc. Ideas for future events and activities are very welcome. Open to all sangha members.
